Richard W. Stewart, President of Lawyers Realty, LLC, is a licensed real estate broker, and a licensed attorney in

, he is honors graduate of
Franklin

Marshall

. He received his law degree from Duke University School of Law.
Mr. Stewart has spent his entire legal career concentrating in real estate. In addition to representing buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties, he has extensive experience in zoning, land development, condominiums, and planned unit developments. His extensive experience includes supervising over 15,000 real estate settlements. In addition, he served as counsel to a large residential brokerage firm employing over 400 real estate agents advising those agents of their duties and responsibilities under the Real Estate Licensing Laws.
As a result of this experience, he and his colleagues at the law firm of Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner founded Lawyers Realty in order to give consumers a higher level of protection and expertise at a lower cost.
Dick is a member of the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and serves on the real property and probate section of the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Greater Harrisburg, Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council, the Greater West Shore Area Chamber of Commerce and the Allied Arts Fund. He has served as a chairman and member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
He is a member of Camp Hill Presbyterian Church where he has served as an Elder and a Deacon. He has been named as an outstanding young man of American and of Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in
America
. He resides in New Cumberland with his wife, Dr. Mary Simmonds and their daughter, Anne. He is active in many other civic and business organizations.
